Wash Day Top Knot!

This wash day was super simple, I prepooed, shampooed and conditioned my hair as usual. I went for a simple protective style for the week.






After blow drying my hair I brushed it all up into a Top-Knot. I used my moisture mix to smooth the sides and tied them down overnight.

      I use my moisture mix when I am doing no heat styles like braid out, Bantu knot, twist out or to tame my edges. I don't know how much ingredients I put in of each I just eyeball it. Your welcome Nerline, thanks.

    Your edges are well laid. That moisturizing mix must be the bomb. Top knot looks great!

    Hello. love the updo. Your edges looked really laid. Quick question. Do you blow dry your hair every wash day? And how. I would like to tame my new growth and yours look really tame. Lol

      Thank you! Yes, I blow dry my hair every wash day during the winter, I don't like it to air dry when it's cold. I use a hand-held hair drier.
